Grouping

Toggle how the cells are grouped:

  • By cell — all six, individually.
  • By completeness — collapse into complete / incomplete / extra to see the completeness axis on its own.

Reading the split tells you where to spend effort: mostly grounded failures point at retrieval (the context is missing things); mostly ungrounded failures point at generation/grounding (the model is fabricating). That's the same distinction Veralith uses to route heal cards.
